We buy them from these organisations and from specialised European wholesalers, check every key before it goes on sale, and put them back into circulation.<\/p>\n<p>The Court of Justice of the European Union expressly confirmed this practice in the UsedSoft v Oracle ruling of 3 July 2012 (case C-128\/11): once software has been sold for the first time in the European Economic Area, the publisher can no longer oppose the resale of the license, including for a downloaded copy, provided the first holder makes their own copy unusable.<\/p>\n<p>In practice this means:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you receive a genuine activation key, activated on the official Microsoft servers;<\/li>\n<li>you get the security updates published by Microsoft for your version;<\/li>\n<li>you receive a proper invoice from a company registered in the European Union;<\/li>\n<li>we never use any circumvention tool: no crack, no key generator, no activator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are an independent reseller. Euro Shop Key is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Microsoft Corporation. Windows, Office, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.<\/p>\n<h2>How an order works<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>You order on the site with secure payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bancontact. We never ask for a transfer to a private account.<\/li>\n<li>You receive your key by email within minutes, day and night, together with the installation guide, the official Microsoft download link and your invoice.<\/li>\n<li>You activate your license. If anything blocks, our support answers by email 24\/7, within 2 hours on average, and guides you through to full activation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Our commitments<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lifetime replacement guarantee<\/strong>: if your license stops working, we replace it, with no time limit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right of withdrawal and refunds<\/strong>: a license key is digital content delivered immediately. By paying, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered (article L221-28 13\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code). Before the key is retrieved, you have 14 days to withdraw and be refunded. We also refund you in full if we do not deliver within 48 working hours, or if a defective key cannot be replaced.
