Windows 11 Pro and Office 2021 Bundle: Two Perpetual Keys

What the Windows 11 Pro and Office 2021 bundle includes

The Windows 11 Pro and Office 2021 bundle brings together the two building blocks of a complete workstation: the operating system Windows 11 Pro and the office suite Office 2021 Professional Plus. You receive two separate activation keys in a single email, with the installation steps for each product. Both licenses are perpetual: you pay once, with no subscription and no annual renewal.

• Windows 11 Pro: BitLocker encryption, Remote Desktop host, Hyper-V, Group Policy and domain join.
• Office 2021 Pro Plus: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Publisher, installed on the PC and usable offline.
• One order and one point of contact if you have a question about either product.

The two keys remain independent of each other: nothing requires you to activate them on the same machine, even if that is the usual scenario, typically a new or refurbished PC delivered without software.

Bundle or separate licenses: compare the options

The bundle is sold as a single product, but you can also put together other combinations from licenses sold individually. Here are the current prices for one PC and what sets each option apart.

Compare the bundle with the two licenses bought one by one: whichever option you choose, the content is identical, with the same Windows 11 Pro and the same Office 2021 Pro Plus activated on Microsoft’s servers. Other pairs, with Windows 10 or with Visio and Project, are listed on our Windows and Office bundles page.

Office 2021 after October 2026: what end of support means

Microsoft ended support for Office 2021 on 13 October 2026. This does not switch anything off: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook keep opening and working normally, with no time limit, because the license is perpetual. What stops is the flow of security updates and fixes published by Microsoft for this version.

For many uses, a recent PC with Windows 11 Pro and Office 2021 remains a sound, budget-friendly setup. If you are equipping a computer meant to last five years or more, or if you handle a lot of email and attachments, look at the Windows 11 and Office 2024 bundle: Office 2024 is supported until 9 October 2029.

Why do these licenses cost less than a boxed version?

Neither trial versions nor activation tricks: these keys come from the European market for second-hand software. The Court of Justice of the European Union confirmed this on 3 July 2012 (UsedSoft judgment, case C-128/11): a perpetual license placed on the market in the European Economic Area can be resold, as long as its first owner stops using it. These licenses typically come from companies that renew their equipment, close down or move to other tools.

The price reflects the absence of a box and of a physical distribution network, not a cut-down version: the installation files are downloaded directly from Microsoft, and every order comes with a VAT invoice.

Compatibility, requirements and installation order

Office 2021 was designed for Windows 10 and Windows 11: the two components of the bundle work together with no special settings. Simply check that the machine meets the system requirements.

• A compatible 64-bit processor and at least 4 GB of RAM, with 8 GB recommended if you often work with several large Excel workbooks.
• 64 GB of storage, a TPM 2.0 chip and Secure Boot enabled in the UEFI firmware.
• An internet connection to download and activate both products.

In which order?

Install and activate Windows 11 first: create the installation USB drive with Microsoft’s tool, install the system, then enter the key under Settings > System > Activation. Next, download Office 2021 using the link in your delivery email and enter the second key when Word first opens. On a PC with an SSD, allow about half an hour for the whole process. If anything goes wrong, our team answers by email, 7 days a week, within 2 hours on average.
