Bought a licence in November 2024 that stopped working in July 2026. One simple email to explain the situation. Immediate reply with a new access code and help available if needed. Everything works again. I recommend them 1000 times.
Michel G.
Office suite bought in October 2025 and a sign-in problem on 20/07/2026. I sent an email asking for help without really believing it would work. Reply straight away and fixed immediately. Efficient and responsive. I strongly recommend them.

Great service, even after 6 months they were very responsive when I had a problem, and less than 24 hours later it was sorted.
Bastien R.

I bought a key that did not work at first, but the seller's responsiveness was brilliant: they helped me step by step and I managed to activate Windows. Perfect, I recommend them.
Charles C.
Very responsive. A problem solved in 10 minutes. The first key, no problem at all. The second, an unexplained problem, but the after-sales service is incredible. They found a very detailed solution. Thanks again.

No trouble when buying. If there is an issue, customer contact replies in a flash. Well done!

A year after buying Office 365, I got a message from Microsoft asking me to sign in. I contacted support and got a reply very quickly. The information put me on the right track but was not detailed enough to solve it immediately.

Yes. Euro Shop Key is run by SOFT CONNECT, a French company you can look up in the public French business register (SIRET 881 920 771 00014). The same company runs ma-clé.fr, rated 4.9/5 by 1,800+ customers on Trustpilot.
Our prices are low because we resell licences that companies no longer use. Reselling software licences is legal in the European Union: in the UsedSoft v Oracle ruling (case C-128/11, 2012), the Court of Justice of the European Union held that a software publisher cannot oppose the resale of a licence first sold in the EU. Each key activates on Microsoft's official servers and receives security updates. We never use cracks, key generators or activation workarounds.
