Our prices are low because we resell licences that companies no longer use. Reselling software licences is legal in the European Union: in the UsedSoft v Oracle ruling (case C-128/11, 2012), the Court of Justice of the European Union held that a software publisher cannot oppose the resale of a licence first sold in the EU.
