Windows 11 and Office 2024 Bundle: Equip Your PC in One Order

Why buy Windows 11 and Office 2024 together?

A Windows 11 and Office 2024 bundle equips a complete PC with the current generation of both products, in one order and one delivery. Windows 11 is the version of Windows that Microsoft develops today, with monthly security updates and a yearly feature update. Office 2024 is the most recent version of Office sold as a one-time purchase: you pay once and use it with no time limit and no subscription to renew, and Microsoft supports it until 9 October 2029.

The pairing also makes technical sense. Microsoft designs Office 2024 for Windows 11: the suite still installs on Windows 10, but that combination is no longer officially supported since Windows 10 reached the end of its standard support in October 2025. Installing Office on a current system avoids compatibility warnings and keeps the whole PC on a supported software base for years. To learn more about the suite itself, see our Office 2024 key page.

Which Windows 11 and Office 2024 bundle should you choose?

A bundle contains two separate keys, one for the system and one for the office suite. The choice is made edition by edition, according to how you will actually use the PC.

The prices shown are current prices for one PC, so you can compare a bundle with the same licenses bought separately. In practice, Windows 11 Home suits family use and students, while Windows 11 Pro is the edition to choose if you work remotely, encrypt a drive or join a company network.

Why do these licenses cost less than a boxed version?

These licenses are neither trial versions nor grey-market keys: they are genuine second-hand licenses, typically released by companies that have renewed their equipment, merged or closed down. In its UsedSoft judgment (case C-128/11), the Court of Justice of the European Union confirmed that the holder of a perpetual license may resell it within the European Economic Area, provided they make their own copy unusable. This legal framework, not a commercial discount, explains the gap with the publisher’s price.

In practice, you receive two keys that activate on Microsoft’s servers and a VAT invoice. No version is cut down and no feature is removed: the installed software is exactly the same as in a box bought in a shop.

Installation: in which order, on which PC?

The rule is simple: the system first, the office suite second.

• Windows 11: check the requirements (compatible 64-bit processor, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage, TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot), install the system, then enter the key under Settings > System > Activation.
• Office 2024: uninstall any older version of Office, download the suite from Microsoft using the link in your delivery email, then enter the second key when Word or Excel asks for it.

A bundle is designed to equip one computer, desktop or laptop, although its two keys are independent and can also be activated on two different PCs. To equip two computers completely, you need two bundles or the 2-PC option, because a key cannot be used on two PCs at the same time. If you reinstall the PC later, keep your keys and your invoice: if reactivation fails, our team helps you by email.

Delivery, payment and support

Your two keys arrive by email, usually within minutes of payment and no later than 48 business hours, with the installation steps for each product. Payment is by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bancontact, with 3-D Secure verification. A defective key is replaced for life, and our team answers by email 7 days a week, within 2 hours on average. To compare with other combinations, such as Office 2021 or Windows 10, see all our Windows and Office bundles.
