Windows and Office Bundles: Genuine Microsoft Keys in One Order

Which Windows and Office bundle is right for you?

A Windows and Office bundle brings together, in a single order, the two licenses a computer needs every day: the operating system and the office suite. For technical roles, the same logic applies to two specialist applications, Visio for diagrams and Project for planning. The benefit is not only practical. You receive keys for versions designed to work together, which avoids a classic mistake: buying an office suite that does not suit the version of Windows installed on the PC.

Two criteria decide which bundle to choose: the age of your computer and the features you expect from your software.

Is a bundle always cheaper than separate licenses?

It depends on the combination, so it is worth checking. Take the Windows 11 Pro + Office 2021 Pro Plus bundle: it is listed at 24,90 €, while Windows 11 Pro on its own is listed at 9,90 € and Office 2021 Pro Plus at 19,90 €. For the other combinations, compare the bundle with the individual licenses before you order: depending on current prices, buying the licenses one by one can cost the same or less, and the advantage of the bundle is then convenience, with one order, one delivery email and versions that are known to work together.

Be wary of offers that announce a huge discount on a bundle: the “original price” they compare with is often a list price that hardly anyone pays. Comparing the actual prices of the licenses, as above, is far more reliable.

Two keys, two activations: how a bundle works

A bundle never contains a single “double” key. You receive separate licenses in the same delivery email, with the download and activation steps for each product. The order of operations matters.

• Activate Windows first. An office suite installed on a copy of Windows that is not activated or not up to date produces avoidable error messages.
• Download the installation files from Microsoft’s servers, never from a third-party link: the key is genuine, and the installation file must be too.
• Enter the second key once the installation is complete, from any application of the suite, under File > Account.
• Note which key belongs to which product. The two strings look alike, and mixing them up wastes time at activation.

These are genuine second-hand licenses. Their resale is lawful in the European Union since the UsedSoft judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union (case C-128/11): a perpetual license sold in the EU may be resold, provided the previous owner no longer uses it. Every order comes with a VAT invoice.

Check compatibility before you order

Three quick checks will keep you from choosing a bundle that your hardware handles poorly.

• The hardware. Windows 11 requires a compatible 64-bit processor, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage, UEFI with Secure Boot and a TPM 2.0 chip. If your PC does not meet these requirements, choose a bundle built around Windows 10 Pro. Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 and Office 2019 on 14 October 2025, but home users can still receive Windows 10 security updates until 12 October 2027 through the consumer Extended Security Updates program.
• The Windows already installed. Office 2019, 2021 and 2024 all require Windows 10 or Windows 11. On a PC still running Windows 8.1 or Windows 7, Windows must be replaced first, and a bundle provides both licenses in the same order.
• The platform. These bundles are for Windows PCs: neither the Windows license nor Office for Windows can be used on a Mac.

One last point: one license equals one computer. A bundle equips one desktop or laptop PC, not a whole fleet. For several machines, choose the 2-PC or 5-PC option on the product page or order several bundles; each key remains fully independent.
